We are a leading Commercial General Contractor with a strong track record delivering high-profile projects across Southern California. Our team is expanding in the healthcare sector, and we are seeking a driven Project Manager with hospital construction experience to lead complex, ground-up and renovation projects in the Los Angeles area.
The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role overseeing all aspects of project delivery. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate with design teams, and lead field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day project management for healthcare construction projects, including hospitals and medical facilities.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting to ensure accountability across all phases.
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance management.
Maintain close communication with owners, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure strict compliance with OSHPD/HCAI standards, safety requirements, and healthcare-specific construction protocols.
Drive effective problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects on track.
Mentor and support project engineers and field staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
Proven track record managing healthcare/hospital projects with budgets of $20M+.
Strong knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI requirements in California.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments.
