Mechanical Project Manager

We’re seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead service and special projects across the Sacramento region. This position focuses on HVAC, piping, and plumbing construction, retrofits, and tenant improvements. You’ll manage everything from initial scope development through closeout .
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee mechanical projects ranging from $200K–$10M+ in value
- Partner directly with building owners and property managers to define scope, budget, and schedule
- Lead internal teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and cost tracking for service and retrofit projects
- Collaborate with service, design, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing mechanical (HVAC/piping/plumbing) projects
- Strong understanding of construction project management
- Proven ability to drive a project
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Technical background or degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
