Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction: Irvine
A well-established commercial general contractor in Irvine is seeking a Senior Estimator with 5–7 years of estimating experience coming out of a reputable GC environment.
This role will focus on ground-up commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $10M, working closely with leadership throughout the preconstruction and bid process.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed conceptual and hard-bid estimates
- Performing quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Soliciting and leveling subcontractor bids
- Supporting bid strategy and value engineering efforts
- Collaborating with operations during project handoff
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years estimating experience with a commercial general contractor
- Experience estimating ground-up projects $10M+
- Proficiency with estimating/takeoff software such as Bluebeam, Bidmail, OST, or similar
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Compensation:
- Base Salary Up to $145K
