This mechanical subcontractor is known for delivering technically demanding projects where precision, cleanliness, and system reliability are essential. They’re seeking a Project Engineer to support complex mechanical scopes in high?purity environments, including semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, and other controlled?environment facilities.
This role is ideal for someone who understands mechanical systems, thrives in fast?paced construction settings, and wants a clear path toward project management.

• Base Salary: Up to $90,000

What You’ll Take Ownership Of
• Supporting Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical scopes
• Managing submittals, RFIs, change events, and document control
• Assisting with material procurement, equipment tracking, and vendor coordination
• Reviewing drawings, specs, and installation requirements for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Supporting field teams with layout, sequencing, and technical clarification
• Monitoring budgets, productivity, and cost events
• Preparing logs, reports, meeting minutes, and closeout documentation
• Ensuring compliance with high?purity standards, QA/QC protocols, and safety requirements
What Sets You Up for Success
• Experience with mechanical construction, ideally HVAC, piping, or plumbing
• Exposure to high?purity or controlled?environment projects (semiconductor, pharma, cleanrooms, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, detail?driven mindset
• Clear communication with both field and office teams
• Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant field experience is a plus
