I’m partnered with a well-established mechanical contractor looking to add a strong Project Manager to their growing team in the DC market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background managing large commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects and looking to join a company with a strong pipeline of work and long-term growth potential.
What they’re looking for:
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction
• Strong experience managing HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes
• Proven success delivering projects valued at $15M+
• Experience on complex commercial and industrial projects
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and project execution
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
Project experience preferred:
• Healthcare
