Mechanical Construction Senior Project Manager (National Travel Role)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex mechanical projects across the U.S. This is a full-time national travel role overseeing high-profile work in commercial and industrial markets.

This individual will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, and plumbing on technically demanding builds.

What You’ll Lead

  • Ground-up and large-scale mechanical construction projects ($15M+ budgets)
  • Full project lifecycle management: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout
  • Coordination of field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and client stakeholders
  • Oversight of mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled/hot water piping, and plumbing systems
  • Project delivery in fast-paced, mission-critical environments

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management
  • Proven track record managing $15M+ mechanical scopes
  • Strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Ability to travel nationally on a consistent basis
  • Strong leadership presence with field-first mentality and execution focus
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
