Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mechanical Construction Project Manager to spearhead projects across diverse markets including Semiconductor, Data Centers, Healthcare, and Higher Education. Your expertise will ensure seamless project execution, from planning and scheduling to safety and client relations, contributing to cutting-edge developments in the semiconductor sector. Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Mechanical or Plumbing Construction Project Management experience with a Mechanical Contractor.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects valued in the multi-millions across public and private sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, schedule management, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Estimating software, and PDF editing tools like Bluebeam Revu.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing field labor, safety compliance, and client communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret detailed instructions and project plans.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working in the semiconductor industry specifically.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and other technical mechanical or construction programs.
  • Previous military experience in a leadership or technical capacity.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 8 years of combined field installation and project management experience within the mechanical industry, including at least 5 years managing large, complex projects.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel within the greater Tempe/Phoenix area to construction sites as needed.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and company policies.
