Traveling Multifamily Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent
We're working with a well-established general contractor that is actively growing its multifamily construction team and looking to add a Traveling Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent based in the Raleigh, NC area.
This individual will support and lead large ground-up multifamily projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. The company has a strong backlog of work and is seeking construction professionals who enjoy building high-quality projects and are open to traveling throughout the region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
- Assist with maintaining project schedules and driving production milestones
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Work closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Trade Partners
- Participate in project documentation, inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Experience on projects valued at $15M+
- Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience preferred
- Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, safety, and subcontractor coordination
- Must be based in the Raleigh, NC area
- Open to travel throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia
