We're partnering with a respected mechanical contractor seeking a Project Manager to help lead commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects throughout Southern California.

Manage commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from award through closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and project execution
Partner with Superintendents and field teams to drive project success
Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change orders
Track project financial performance and forecast project outcomes
Build relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
Support preconstruction efforts and project pursuits when needed
5+ years of Project Management experience within mechanical construction
Experience managing HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes
Commercial and/or industrial project experience
Bachelor's degree required (field of study flexible)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Stable pipeline of commercial and industrial work
Strong leadership team with a collaborative culture
