Traveling MEP Project Manager

Company: Diamond Peak Recruiting (on behalf of a leading general contractor)

Our client is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead major MEP scopes on complex, high-value construction projects across the United States. This is a traveling position, with current projects located in Texas.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing MEP projects for a general contractor or managing large-scale projects for a mechanical or electrical subcontractor.

Project Types:

• Advanced Manufacturing
• Data Centers
• Healthcare
• Life Sciences
• Entertainment Complexes
• Government
• Other complex, technically demanding facilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of MEP project management experience
• Experience with a GC, mechanical contractor, or electrical contractor
• Proven experience managing projects/scopes of $20M+
• Strong understanding of MEP construction, coordination, scheduling, procurement, and financial management
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams

This is an opportunity to take ownership of major MEP scopes on some of the most complex construction projects in the country while working with an established organization that is continuing to grow.

Location: Traveling — current projects in Texas
