Traveling MEP Superintendent

Company: Diamond Peak Recruiting (on behalf of a leading general contractor)

Our client is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead field operations on major, high-value construction projects across the United States. This is a traveling position, with current projects located in Texas.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience overseeing MEP construction for a general contractor or managing field operations for a mechanical or electrical contractor.

• Advanced Manufacturing
• Data Centers
• Healthcare
• Life Sciences
• Entertainment Complexes
• Government
• Other complex, technically demanding facilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of MEP field supervision experience
• Experience with a GC, mechanical contractor, or electrical contractor
• Proven experience overseeing projects/scopes of $20M+
• Strong understanding of MEP construction, coordination, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project teams in the field
• Ability to maintain safety, quality, schedule, and overall field execution

This is an opportunity to take ownership of MEP field operations on some of the most complex construction projects in the country while working with an established organization that is continuing to grow.

Location: Traveling — current projects in Texas
