Multi-Family Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Multi-Family Project Manager to lead large-scale residential construction projects in Raleigh, NC.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing ground-up multi-family construction projects and a strong track record delivering complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Garden-Style
• Wrap
• Podium
• Ground-Up Multi-Family

Requirements:

• 5+ years of multi-family construction project management experience
• Proven experience managing $20M+ projects
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
• Experience with large-scale, ground-up multi-family construction
