Our client is seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial concrete projects in Fredericksburg, VA.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing commercial concrete construction projects, with a proven track record overseeing complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Other large-scale commercial developments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial concrete construction project management experience
• Proven experience managing $10M+ concrete projects
• Strong understanding of concrete construction, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and project financials
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience working with owners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
