Commissioning Manager

Company: Diamond Peak Recruiting (on behalf of a leading national general contractor)

Our client is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to support complex, technically demanding construction projects across the United States. This is a traveling position and will require significant travel to project sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commissioning, MEP construction, or mission-critical project delivery and be comfortable coordinating across owners, design teams, contractors, and field personnel.

• Other complex commercial and mission-critical facilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commissioning, MEP construction, or related project delivery
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and their integration
• Experience coordinating commissioning activities from planning through turnover
• Ability to review project documentation, identify deficiencies, and drive resolution
• Experience working with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Strong understanding of project schedules, testing, documentation, and quality control
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively

This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in the commissioning and turnover of major, technically complex projects while working with an established organization with a strong national project portfolio.

Location: Traveling — projects nationwide
