Las Vegas, Nevada | Commercial Electrical Contractor
A well established electrical contractor in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Southern Nevada.
This position is ideal for a field leader who can manage manpower, coordinate complex electrical scopes, maintain schedule, and work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, other trades, and field crews from mobilization through final turnover.
The Superintendent will be responsible for the overall execution of electrical work in the field, including safety, productivity, quality, manpower planning, coordination, and schedule performance.
• Lead day to day electrical field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects
• Manage Foremen, General Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and subcontractors
• Plan manpower requirements and adjust staffing based on project schedule and production needs
• Coordinate electrical installations with General Contractors, mechanical trades, low voltage contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, coordination drawings, and project documents prior to installation
• Participate in project planning, constructability reviews, pull planning, and look ahead scheduling
• Manage installation of power distribution, lighting, branch power, equipment connections, feeders, panels, switchgear, generators, transformers, and related electrical systems
• Coordinate medium voltage, low voltage, fire alarm, controls, and specialty systems when included within project scope
• Work closely with BIM and VDC teams to resolve clashes and installation issues before they impact the field
• Monitor labor productivity and understand how manpower decisions affect project cost and schedule
• Coordinate material, equipment, prefabrication, and long lead procurement requirements with project management
• Identify field conflicts and potential schedule impacts early and communicate solutions clearly
• Maintain strong safety standards and hold crews accountable to company and project requirements
• Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, NEC requirements, quality standards, and inspection requirements
• Manage testing, energization, startup, commissioning, punch list, and final turnover
• Maintain accurate field documentation and communicate manpower, schedule, productivity, and scope concerns to project leadership
• Mentor developing Foremen and future field leaders

Experience leading technically complex electrical scopes with large field crews is particularly valuable.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or senior electrical field leader
• Strong commercial or industrial electrical construction background
• Experience leading large crews and multiple Foremen
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, NEC requirements, and installation practices
• Experience with power distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, branch power, lighting, and equipment connections
• Ability to plan work several weeks ahead and coordinate manpower accordingly
• Strong understanding of labor productivity and field cost control
• Experience coordinating with General Contractors and other MEP trades
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to identify constructability issues and solve problems in the field
• Strong safety and quality mindset
• Experience with Design Build or Design Assist projects preferred
