Las Vegas, Nevada | Commercial General Contractor
Base Salary: $130K to $155K
A well established commercial general contractor in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to lead complex hospital, medical, and healthcare projects throughout Southern Nevada.
This role is ideal for a PM who understands the unique demands of healthcare construction, including occupied environments, phased work, shutdowns, infection control, life safety, complex MEP coordination, and direct interaction with hospital stakeholders.
• Manage healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own project financials, forecasting, subcontractor commitments, change orders, billing, and profitability
• Partner with field leadership on schedule, sequencing, logistics, procurement, and execution
• Coordinate closely with owners, hospital facilities teams, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change management, meeting documentation, and project controls
• Lead phasing, shutdown, tie in, and temporary system planning for occupied healthcare environments
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, medical gas, and specialty systems
• Support infection control, dust containment, negative air, temporary barriers, life safety, and patient circulation requirements
• Identify constructability and schedule risks early and drive practical solutions
• Lead owner and project meetings while maintaining clear communication around cost, schedule, risk, and upcoming decisions
• Manage commissioning, punch list, turnover, closeout documentation, and warranty transition

• Project Manager experience with a commercial general contractor
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of MEP intensive construction
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner relationships
• Ability to manage technically complex projects in active environments
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
• Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related degree preferred
• Base salary: $130K to $155K, depending on experience
