Professionally lead project meetings and prepare, edit, and distribute meeting minutes, including OAC meetings, subcontractor planning sessions, and coordination meetings.
Participate in preconstruction operational strategy meetings, project kickoff meetings, and project closeout meetings as assigned.
Coordinate final project closeout activities, including owner training, attic stock and key turnover, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and final change orders.
Assist in managing warranty processes and expediting resolution of warranty claims.

Position Overview

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating or preconstruction.
