Some people price work. Others shape the future of the company.
We’re looking for an Electrical Estimator who understands the difference.
This role isn’t about cranking out takeoffs or copying old numbers. You’ll own the modeling, coordination, and digital workflows that drive smarter prefabrication, tighter schedules, and cleaner installations. If you know how to bridge design intent with field reality, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Lead
• Full VDC lifecycle for electrical projects from pursuit through turnover
• Model development, clash detection, coordination, and constructibility reviews
• Collaboration with project managers, field leadership, engineering, and prefab teams
• Development and enforcement of BIM/VDC standards, workflows, and best practices
• VDC schedules, deliverables, and quality control across multiple active projects
• Prefabrication planning and identification of opportunities to build earlier and safer
• Ensuring models support real?world installation, sequencing, and field productivity
What Makes You Effective
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and how they’re built in the field
• Expertise with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related VDC/BIM platforms
